The wine displays its extraordinary personality and depth initially with its bright amber yellow color. After the first, intense notes of apricots and peaches, the bouquet offers sweet sensations of dried figs, honey, herbs and mineral notes. The wine is impressive on the palate with its outstanding complexity due to a fusing of sweetness, sapidity and softness. A prolonged finish.

Straw yellow in color with golden reflections at the nose has a refined bouquet with mineral notes of flint, citrusy aromas of mandarin and delicate tertiary hints of honey and hay from long ageing. On the palate it is enveloping, fresh and savory, characterized by a marked minerality and persistence; a wine that displays great finesse and complexity.

 Comes from different vineyards planted on clay-limestone and Siliceous-clay soils. This is pale yellow in the glass, glistening with greenish silver reflections. A fresh nose of minerals harmoniously mixed with white peach fruit, powdered ginger, liquorice flavours that stay bright on the floral-tinged finish.  A sumptuous nervy Chenin Blanc. A thoroughly modern wine, made from Tempranillo grapes grown on bush vines in the Toro region in northern Spain, close to the north-eastern Portuguese border. El Púgil throws a ripe cherry, raspberry and wild strawberry punch, backed by a soft creamy palate, about 15% of the blend is oak aged.
