Comes from different vineyards planted on clay-limestone and Siliceous-clay soils. This is pale yellow in the glass, glistening with greenish silver reflections. A fresh nose of minerals harmoniously mixed with white peach fruit, powdered ginger, liquorice flavours that stay bright on the floral-tinged finish.  A sumptuous nervy Chenin Blanc. Crisp acidity & fleshy ripe grapefruit

Dr Zenzen's 0% Pinot Grigio is true to its Italian style in that it is a light medium sweet wine which is fresh and fruity on the palate. Alcohol free.

The palate is bold and upfront with a burst of  peach, guava and melon flavours and a rich and soft texture building to a mouthcoating and full back palate  framed by subtle toasty oak. Fresh acidity gives balance before a soft dry finish. 

The Elm Bomba Rosso is an Australian red blend, primarily from Heathcote, that combines the fruit-forward character of Shiraz with the savory structure of Nebbiolo and Sangiovese. It presents a complex nose of red berries, blackcurrants, and licorice, with a rich palate featuring cherry, black plum, dried herbs, and earthy notes, finished by firm, chewy tannins.
