The fragrance of this wine leaps out of the glass, drawing you in. Both the nose and palate display flowers and minerals – influenced by the stony profile of the vineyard. It has a good structure and is nicely textured.

On the nose fine and elegant with a pungent bouquets with floral, very persistent notes. Palate has evident sensations of white fruit on the palate giving wine freshness and softness. Excellent with soups and egg and fish dishes.

Dark red with a black core. Vibrant fruit spectrum of cherries and black currants. Bayleaf, dried sage and anise deepen the palate, with lavender, roasted coffee beans adding complexity and texture

Dark cherry and crimson hues. Bouquet of bright red cherries, currants and blood plums. Vibrant expressive palate with subtle texture featuring red cherries and boysenberry. Savoury notes combine with cinnamon and nutmeg.

Lifted and fragrant with an abundance of limes, Nashi pears, white peaches and baby pineapples. Heightened with notes of jasmine, frangipani and lemon blossom. Nuances of nougat, cashew and toasted almonds combine with brioche, brulee and mealy notes lying beneath. The palate is bright, well weighted with volume and presence, whilst maintaining focus and definition. Pink grapefruit, white nectarine and baked apple feature with diligent oak and subtle texture. The layered and contoured mid palate is finely checked with mineral acid thread.
