The Richland Limoncello Spritz is a refreshing and zesty cocktail, described as a vibrant, effervescent drink with a balance of sweet and tart flavors. It typically combines the tangy essence of Limoncello with the sparkling fizz of prosecco. Some recipes also include soda water or sparkling water for added lightness and bubbles. The drink is often garnished with lemon slices or herbs like thyme.

This sake is made so that some of the rice lees remain in the bottle after pressing. Most sake is sweet and creamy and thick with the unfermented rice solids. Rihaku is a bit less chunky but more fruity and complex than most sake. Slight prune tones, and a slight taste of nuts. 

A bold, quite soft and dry red wine. Perfect with rustic foods, such as bbq, red meats, napolitana pasta 

Full bodied, soft, quite tannic and harmonious. Ready to drink.

Excellent with rich first courses, red meat, game and medium seasoned cheeses.
