The dark, brooding regional characters of plum, red cherry and liquorice are all to the fore of this wine. The palate is focused and linear, with dark bitter chocolate notes and an extremely long, elegant persistent finish. We recommend cellaring for between 12 - 15 years .

Tessari’s golden straw colored Grisela is the backbone of the vineyard; a delicious entry level wine that is meant to be enjoyed between friends. Firm, slight Melba toast, elderflower and chamomile aromatics with notable minerals. The taste of crushed seashells dance on your tongue with a fun duo of stone fruit and citrus.  The finish is refreshing with balanced acidity.

A simple pasta with pesto or tomato, spaghetti with seafood, try it to believe it!

Lifted aromas of blackberry, bluberry and black pepper supported by spicy, dark berry fruits on the palate. The extensive finish is framed by elegant, fine grained tannins from eighteen months maturation in a combination of new and seasoned American and French oak barriques and hogshead.

A LIvely aroma of raspberries and cream. this beautifully balanced, dry style rose, carries an abundance of cherry flavour and red berry notes. it is rounded out by a refreshing palate, having a crisp dry finish.
