The wine obtained is refined in big, traditional oak wooden barrels for 18 months, then also in bottle. The colour is typical deep ruby red. Its bouquet is complex, with notes of mature red fruit and gentle spices. In the mouth is full and velvety, full-bodied and structured, very harmonic.

Domenico Clerico's "Capisme-e" Nebbiolo is an approachable, unoaked Piedmontese Nebbiolo designed for immediate enjoyment, showcasing pure red fruit aromas like strawberry and raspberry with floral and herbal notes, a silky, fresh palate, and soft, fine tannins. It is intentionally made to express the pure fruit and character of the Nebbiolo grape from Monforte d'Alba, using a shorter maceration and aging in steel tanks and amphorae to avoid excessive oak influence. The name, meaning "understand me" in the local dialect, signifies its goal to be an easy-to-grasp introduction to the world of Nebbiolo, pairing well with a wide range of dishes from charcuterie to lighter pasta and grilled meats.

The ruby-red color is rounded out by lively garnet reflections. The impact on the nose is intense with sensations of tobacco, spices and mineral notes. In the mouth, the wine is balanced with fruity flavors, mainly blackberries and cherries. Persistent finish.
