Torre Mora is a boutique winery uniquely located on the Etna volcano, a black mountain looking at a blue shining sea. A blend of Nerello Mascalese, and Nerello Cappuccio which has been aged for 24 months in oak gives an intense deep ruby colour and complex, dark fruit, black cherry, plums, spice, coffee with austere, elegant, firm tannins.

Dark cherry red with purple highlights. Fragrant and intense, with roasting deep fruit notes, and a liquorice backdrop. Smooth attack with rounded tannins on a base of strawberry and blackberry jam. Fine, velvety, warm palate with a touch of sweetness.

Perfect with meat and creamy cheeses.

Ruby red wine, clean and intense, it has typical velvety bouquet and full bodied dry and fruity taste. Grape Variety: Barbera. Serve at room temperature: 18-20°C. Excellent with all kinds of tasty dishes, such as red meats, game and seasoned cheese. Alc/Vol: 13%

Tramin is the cradle of Gewürztraminer, and the village claims the best vineyards dedicated to the variety planted around the village the west bank of the Adige valley. Gewürztraminer has a distinctive reddish-yellow color with green hues when fully mature. The most famous vineyards are in the Tramin subzones of Söll (Sella) and Rungg (Ronchi), where the wine becomes rich and silky in texture, minerally and structured. It is an elegant wine with intense aromas and flavors of Muscat, rose, exotic spice and lychee fruit. Gewürztraminer has become one of the most popular wines produced in Alto Adige.
