Lifted aromas of blackberry, bluberry and black pepper supported by spicy, dark berry fruits on the palate. The extensive finish is framed by elegant, fine grained tannins from eighteen months maturation in a combination of new and seasoned American and French oak barriques and hogshead.

This Awatere Valley Pinot Gris has flavours of white peach and underlying notes of pear, honey and exotic fruits. Elegant and Deftly balanced with a dry mouth watering finish, this wine is highly versatile with food. Delicious with oven baked flounder and parmesan cheese.

This chardonnay displays characters of fresh, lively stone fruit and citrussy acidity.

Through an uncompromising winemaking process, the extended aging on lees has provided natural protection against oxidation, whilst giving the wine a savoury complexity. This process has plumped the body of the wine giving it further intricacy and has produced a superb bright purple hue from the rim through to its core. The nose is ripe with bold blackcurrant fruit and is sweet and luscious on the palate, with a fabulously long finish
