Aromatic bramble jam, cherries and spice with mocha notes follow thru to an elegant palate with French oak enhancing the wines structure and complexity.

Hand picked Shiraz was fermented in small open fermenters with some whole bunches by wild yeast and hand plunged four times a day.  The free run juice and pressings where barreled separately and matured in tightly grained French oak for 12 months.

Crisp little berry, cherry, raspberry and currant. In the mouth, fresh and clean.

This variety made famous by the Loire Valley is starting to gain a footing in Australia.  Coriole Chenin Blanc is fresh and elegant on the palate, comprising pineapple and gooseberry fruits with an attractive smoky finish.

The Estate Shiraz beautifully demonstrates the mixture of fruitfulness and savoury elements that these vineyards provide. This wine is made in the traditional manner; fermented in open tanks, hand plunged, and matured in French oak hogsheads.
