Warm climate, dry, preservative-free Vermentino have been grown organically and biodynamically since Day One. We encourage the wine to go through natural malolactic fermentation, so the finished wine is stable with no sulfites added. The result is a more “preserved lemon” character than the green acid of sulfited vermentino. The wine is bottled without fining, cold stabilisation or filtration to “polish it”.

Rowlee Pinot Noir from Orange, NSW, is a cool-climate, elegant style showcasing vibrant red fruits like cherry, raspberry, and strawberry, often with complex layers of spice (clove, cinnamon, nutmeg), herbal notes (currant leaf, bay leaf), and earthy undertones (forest floor, graphite, beetroot). It features bright acidity, fine but structured tannins, and often a subtle touch of oak, resulting in a long, textured finish with potential for cellaring, embodying a classic Burgundian-meets-New-World character.

Prominent rose petal aromatics with a hint of spiciness balanced by fresh citrus. A generous, balanced palate sees the sweet, rosewater Traminer characters complemented by the Riesling component adding a citrus freshness to the finish with fine acidity.
