This Chilean Cabernet is as rich as its history with enticing flavours of black cherry, blackberry, and hints of toasted oak. 

The wine was aged for 14 months in old barrels (second and third use).

Santadi Vermentino Villa Solais is a crisp, refreshing Vermentino wine from Sardinia, known for its bright fruit, minerality, and coastal influence. It typically exhibits a brilliant straw yellow color with green and golden highlights. The nose is fresh and citrusy, often with hints of green apple and tropical fruit. The palate is balanced, with flavors of lime, green apple, and mineral notes, often complemented by a subtle almond or slatey minerality. The wine finishes dry with mouthwatering acidity. It's a versatile wine, enjoyable on its own or paired with seafood, white meat, or even Thai green papaya salad.

The colour is ruby red. An elegant profile with aromas of red fruit, wild strawberries, aromatic herbs with spicy notes. The palate is rich and warm, with soft tannins and moderate freshness. The finish is persistent and incredibly satisfying.

Special brew using 100% highly-polished Fukunoka sake rice, which is fermented over a long period of time at a low temperature. You can enjoy the fragrance and rich savoriness unique to Sasanokawa pure rice sake, as well as its lightness and smoothness. This sake carries great rich flavor of Junmai, as well as clean, refreshing aftertaste of Ginjo. Banana like fruity aroma and clean after taste.
