The Fairbank Rosé upholds our tradition of creating highly enjoyable rosé wines from our own harvest. Staying true to previous releases, this wine boasts a lively hue of salmon-rose. A blend of syrah, cabernet sauvignon, sangiovese with a dash of viognier - delivers lifted spring blossom, musk, cranberry, wild strawberry and cherry with biscuit notes with gentle creaminess and finishes with even, deep flavours balanced by spiciness and a lively acid drive.

Tamburlaine Organic Chardonnay is an economical Organic Chardonnay from the picturesque region of Orange. No synthetic chemical inputs were used to make this wine. It has ripe, tropical fruit, blanketed with light French oak. Vibrant acidity, lemon curd and textured finish are all part of this fine Chardonnay.

The rich aromas are reminiscent of strawberries, rose petals, musk and cherries. Generous sweet berry flavours with a smooth finish.

This fine Rosé wine should be served chilled. It is an excellent aperitif and also complements spicy Asian style dishes, anti-pasto, and tapas style food very well.
