This limited edition release wine brings together standout parcels from vineyards across three states, showcasing the finest elements of our Black Shiraz. It's the best of the best - with fruit from Heathcote, Mount Lofty, Gundagai, Coonawarra and High Eden, this is a deep, complex Shiraz with aromas of forest fruits, black cherry and white pepper over toasted oak. A soft yet generous palate follows with flavours of plum, blueberry and vanilla bean. Enjoy on its own or with roast beef.

The Berton Vineyard Reserve range brings together wines from regions that due to their distinct climate and soil have excelled at producing particular varieties. Eden Valley’s warm days, cool nights, dry summers and wet winters create the perfect growing conditions for this fine Chardonnay. The Reserve Chardonnay has generous aromas of white peach beautifully balanced by spicy oak with toasty undertones of vanilla and cinnamon. A rich and toasty palate shows flavours of honey dew and peach with hints of lime which linger to create a lovely, balanced wine with a long and persistent finish.

Berton Winemaker's Reserve Shiraz is a full-bodied, rich Australian red known for deep color, intense dark fruit (blackberry, plum, blueberry), and mocha/spicy oak notes from integrated oak aging, with velvety tannins providing structure and a smooth finish, making it great with grilled meats or on its own.
