This Trentino Gewurztraminer white wine has an unmistakable floral scent with subtle hints of rose and lavander. It has a balanced acidity, medium body with a beautiful textural finish. 

A fruit-forward and vibrant red with aromas of ripe red cherry and forest fruits. A savoury palate with juicy fruit balanced by fresh sappy acidity. Ripe summer pudding and redcurrant characters mingle with bitter chocolate, liquorice and earthy notes.

In the region it would typically be served with tagliatelle and venison, but this works well with any pasta dishes with meat or tomato-based sauces.

To ensure the unique character of this sub-region is exemplified in the wine, small open fermenters and our basket press were employed to gently extract the wine. Shiraz wines from this region are typically characterised by lifted aromas of lavender and spice. The palate is full of red fruits, leather, cedar and fine, talc-like tannins.
