Made with Organic grapes of Frappato, an ancient variety typical of Southeastern Sicily, this certified Vegan wine is distinctive for its beautiful ruby red colour with violet highlights, its pleasantly fragrant bouquet of red fruits, raspberries and blueberries, while its taste is lively, fresh, mineral and velvety.

To ensure the unique character of this sub-region is exemplified in the wine, small open fermenters and our basket press were employed to gently extract the wine. Ageing in the finest quality oak and selection of the truest barrels has created a wine that respects and expresses its place of origin. Shiraz wines from this region are typically characterised by lifted aromas of lavender and spice. The palate is full of red fruits, leather, cedar and fine, talc-like tannins.
